Delete your account

VendorBook, by SoloFive LLC

You can delete your VendorBook account yourself at any time, in the app or on the website. It can't be undone.

In the app

1. Open VendorBook on your iPhone or Android phone and sign in.
2. Go to the Me tab.
3. Under Account, tap Delete account, then confirm.

On the website

1. Sign in at vendorbook.app.
2. Trucks: go to Me, then Account. Customers: go to Account.
3. Choose Delete account, then Delete my account.

By email

Can't sign in? Email support@vendorbook.app from your account's email address and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm it's you, and we'll do it within 30 days.

Your subscription

Deleting your account cancels a subscription you bought with a card on vendorbook.app. It does not cancel a subscription bought in the iPhone or Android app: Apple or Google keeps charging until you cancel it there. Cancel it first in your App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.

What's deleted

Your login and everything saved to it: your truck or customer details, stops and sales, paperwork, event requests, fill-ins, alerts, reports and blocks, messages to us, sign-in logs, your launch sign-up and your subscription record. Your contact is removed from fill-ins you took and from directory listings you sent, and so is a listing's phone for customers. If you're the last account for your truck, your truck's page goes too: its headline, About, menu, contact details and photos. This happens right away.

What's kept, and for how long

• A scrambled (one-way hashed) copy of your email, so the free week can't be used twice. Kept for good; it can't be turned back into your email.
• If your truck was on our list of trucks to contact, a scrambled copy of your email on our do-not-contact list, only so we don't email you about VendorBook again.
• The public name, food, city, address, website and Instagram of a directory listing we approved. Your contact and its phone for customers are removed.
• Busy-or-slow information pooled across trucks, without names, sales or fees.
• Records of AI requests, with your account removed from them, until they're deleted after 1 year.
• A record that a phone number replied STOP to our texts, so we never text it again.
• Messages you sent us while signed out. Email us to delete those.
• Trucks you already chose for an event keep the event details we sent them.
• Copies in our providers' logs and backups, which are gone within 45 days.
• Apple, Google and Stripe keep their own purchase records under their rules.
